Who are we and what do we do?
Great Southern is an amalgamation of five companies. These were Waiareka Industries, Odlins, Mac's Timber, Pooles Timber and more recently Hallidays Timber. Each have a long reputation for quality and service in farm fencing, timber solutions, farm buildings and concrete products.
Great Southern presently operates in the lower South Island with branches conveniently located in Ashburton, Timaru, Oamaru, Ranfurly, Cromwell, Milton, Gore and Invercargill.
One of the benefits of our group is that we are a local manufacturer, understand the local market and can work with you at a personal level to ensure that your specifications and individual requirements are met.
